- Provide professional postnatal nursing support to the mother and newborn at home.

- Monitor maternal recovery after delivery and report concerns such as excessive bleeding, fever, severe pain, wound complications or other warning signs.

- Support newborn hygiene, safe handling, cord care according to recommended guidance and daily-care routines.

- Observe the baby's feeding, temperature, breathing, urine and stool output, and general behaviour.

- Support breastfeeding and feeding education within skilled competence.

- Educate parents on newborn hygiene, safe handling and signs that require medical attention. Follow infection-control practices and maintain accurate care records.

- Communicate concerns promptly to the treating doctor and family.

- Provide reassurance and practical guidance to new parents while respecting their preferences.

- During the launch phase, assist with customer onboarding, general service coordination and Care Guide-related activities when appropriate to training and workload.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
