Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into impactful visual designs. The ideal candidate should have a robust sense of aesthetics, branding, and storytelling, with the ability to create designs for digital and print platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Design

- Create high-quality static posts, carousels, stories, and thumbnails for social media platforms.
- Design cohesive Instagram grids and visual campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics and simple animations when required.

Branding & Identity

- Design logos, brand guidelines, and complete visual identity systems.
- Create packaging, labels, brochures, and other brand collateral.
- Ensure consistency across all client touchpoints.

Print & Offline Design

- Design standees, banners, menus, tent cards, flyers, and event creatives.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct dimensions and bleed settings.

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with content writers, strategists, photographers, and video editors.
- Interpret client briefs and convert them into compelling visuals.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure designs meet brand standards and are error-free.
- Maintain organized source files and asset libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–4 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Understanding of social media trends and design best practices.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely delivery of assigned creatives.
- Quality and originality of designs.
- Number of revisions due to design errors.
- Client satisfaction with creative output.

Salary Range

₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio)
