- Oversee nursing operations across ICU, ITU, OT, Emergency, OPD, IPD, and other departments.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the nursing workforce.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
- Maintain NABH standards, nursing SOPs, and statutory compliance.
- Manage nursing manpower planning, duty rosters, and staff deployment.
- Conduct nursing audits, performance evaluations, and quality assessments.
- Organize nursing training, skill development, and competency assessments.
- Coordinate with hospital management, doctors, HR, and quality teams.
- Monitor patient satisfaction, infection control, and nursing service quality.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing; M.Sc. Nursing preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 12–15 years in hospital nursing services, including 5+ years in nursing administration.
- Preferred Background:



Multispeciality / Super Speciality / NABH-Accredited Hospital.
- Essential Skills: Nursing Administration, Team Leadership, NABH Compliance, Clinical Governance, Patient Safety, and Manpower Management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
