Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to expand our B2B customer and dealer network across India's industrial clusters. The ideal candidate should have solid cold-calling, lead generation, business development, and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling and industrial market research.
- Identify and convert potential customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
- Follow up on quotations, samples, product trials, and orders.
- Plan social media content and coordinate with the design team.
- Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns and manage incoming leads.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports,



and performance trackers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Make 40–60 cold calls per day.
- Schedule 5–8 qualified field meetings per week.
- Generate 4–6 sample requests per week.
- Achieve new dealer appointments and sales conversions.

Requirements

- Graduate; MBA/Diploma in Marketing preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing.
- Experience in industrial or engineering product sales preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.
- Strong cold-calling, communication, and content-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- Must be able to commute daily to Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
