Key Responsibilities:
- Handle fermentation plants and fermenters ranging from 1 KL to 50 KL.
- Operate and monitor fermentation processes.
- Experience in enzyme or probiotic fermentation is preferred.
- Handle PLC, SCADA and DCS operations.
- Monitor fermentation batches and ensure smooth production operations.
