KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Chit Fund Core Accounting:Day-to-day accounting of Chit subscriptions, auction, dividend, foreman commissionMaintenance of Chit ledgers, subscriber ledgers, prize money disbursementReconciliation of chit collections and arrears trackingMonthly P&L; and Balance Sheet for each chit group and consolidated

2. Statutory Compliance - Chit Fund Specific:Filing with Registrar of Chits - Form A, B, commencement, termination of chitsCompliance with Chit Funds Act, 1982 & Tamil Nadu Chit Fund RulesMaintenance of statutory registers, minutes book, security documentsEnsuring 100% deposit of chit amount in separate Bank account as per ActTDS compliance on foreman commission, dividend, prize money

3. Taxation & Audit:GST filing, Income Tax, TDS returns, ROC filingHandling Statutory Audit, Internal Audit,



Chit Fund Department AuditLiaison with Auditors, Registrar Office, BanksPreparation of Annual Financial Statements as per Schedule III

4. Financial Control & Risk:Cash flow management & fund flow statement for all running chitsNPA / Default tracking, legal follow-up for defaulted subscribersKYC verification, surety / collateral verification for prized subscribersInternal control system to prevent fraud, misappropriationBudgeting and MIS reporting to Management / Foreman

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
