Ameera Mansion is a premium real estate project located on 66 Feet Road, Jalandhar, offering premium residential plots and villas. We are looking for a energetic, target-oriented Sales Manager with a robust background in insurance sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and business development to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our premium real estate project.

Job Responsibilities

- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales of premium residential plots and villas.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert prospective buyers into customers through effective sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Generate business through personal networks, referrals, existing clients, and new leads.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, business owners, professionals, investors, and prospective property buyers.
- Understand customer investment requirements and recommend suitable plots or villas.
- Conduct site visits and present the project's location, features, amenities, and investment potential.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage leads generated through digital marketing, telecalling,



referrals, and other sources.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process to maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure timely communication with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Insurance Sales Expertise
- Leverage experience in life insurance, general insurance, bancassurance, or financial product sales to build a strong customer pipeline.
- Utilize existing professional networks and relationship-building skills to identify potential property buyers.
- Apply consultative selling, cross-selling, referral generation, and customer retention techniques to achieve real estate sales objectives.
- Team Management & Reporting
- Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversion ratios, and site visit performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to improve sales performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
