Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B agent queries for Dubai packages (FIT, Groups, MICE).
Design customized itineraries and quotations based on client needs.
Coordinate with Hotels, transport providers, and attractions in Dubai.
Ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings and provide on-ground support where needed.
Stay updated with Dubai hotels, sightseeing, events, activities, and visa regulations.
Build and maintain robust relationships with B2B agents to increase repeat business.
Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
Min 2 years of B2B travel experience, with expertise in Dubai travel products.
Strong knowledge of Dubai hotels, excursions, transport, and activities.
Good relationships with DMCs and suppliers in Dubai.
Proficiency in preparing costings, quotations, and professional proposals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
