Virk Hospital, Karnal, is looking for a Pharm.D graduate for the role of Clinical Audit & Medication Safety Officer. The role involves conducting clinical audits, monitoring medication safety and supporting hospital operations and NABH compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct clinical audits of prescriptions, medication charts and patient case sheets.
- Audit antibiotic use, high-alert medications and medication administration records.
- Monitor and document adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and medication errors.
- Support NABH documentation and medication management audits.
- Review hospital policies, clinical protocols and treatment guidelines.
- Prepare audit reports and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work with doctors, nursing staff and the pharmacy team to support patient safety.

Qualifications & Experience

- Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy), with registration if applicable.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Relevant hospital or clinical audit experience is preferred.

Required Skills

- Positive analytical, documentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital pharmacy practices.
- Attention to detail and a patient safety mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
