The Site Engineer acts as the technical lead on the construction site, ensuring that projects are built accurately, safely, and on time. They bridge the gap between engineering designs and physical construction by supervising daily site operations, checking work quality against blueprints, and managing site safety and contractor workflows.

Responsibilities: ​Technical Guidance: Perform setting-out, interpret structural blueprints, and resolve design discrepancies on site. ​Site Supervision & Quality: Inspect materials and daily workmanship to meet engineering and regulatory standards. ​Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring zero-incident workplace practices. ​Resource Coordination: Coordinate sub-contractors, equipment,



and daily workforce to maintain schedule timelines. ​Key Requirements: ​Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline. ​Experience in site supervision and using surveying tools (e.g., Auto Level, Total Station). ​Solid drawing interpretation skills, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of building codes.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
