Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute horticulture and landscaping activities as per project requirements.

- Supervise plantation work, landscaping, and overall site development.

- Possess good knowledge of plant species, plant selection, and site-specific plant requirements.

- Manage labour, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity and work quality.

- Handle and coordinate site teams to ensure timely project completion.

- Have knowledge of fertilizers, soil preparation, nutrient management, and plant protection.

- Understand drip irrigation systems, installation, operation, and maintenance.

- Monitor plant health, irrigation schedules, and overall plantation survival.





- Maintain daily work progress reports and coordinate with project management.

Required Skills:

- Practical experience in horticulture, landscaping, or plantation site execution.

- Good plant identification and maintenance knowledge.

- Solid labour management, team handling, and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of fertilizers, irrigation systems, and horticultural practices.

- Ability to plan site activities and complete work within project timelines.

- Willingness to work at project sites in Surat.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
