The Logistics Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily delivery and pickup operations, ensuring smooth communication between drivers, customers, clients, and internal teams. The role involves managing delivery appointments, monitoring schedules, resolving operational issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring deliveries are completed on time. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Main Daily Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily delivery and pickup schedules with drivers and customers.
- Request, book, and confirm delivery appointments.
- Monitor driver progress, track ETAs, and communicate delays or schedule changes.
- Respond to customer and client emails, calls, and messages promptly.
- Resolve delivery issues, failed attempts, damages, and rescheduling requests.




- Update dispatch systems, spreadsheets, shipment statuses, and delivery records.
- Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD), photos, and required documentation.
- Monitor dispatch and scheduling channels to ensure timely action on updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to maintain smooth delivery operations.
- Prioritize urgent tasks and ensure all daily responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rajpura, Punjab: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

- Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
