We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to generate business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and other bidding portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, submitting winning proposals, acquiring clients, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant projects through online marketplaces and freelancing platforms.
- Generate leads and acquire new clients for IT, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and other services.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Communicate with clients to understand project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate project estimations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a solid sales pipeline.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of bids, proposals, client interactions, and project status in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in online bidding and business development.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and Fiverr.
- Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of IT services, software development, web technologies, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
