Job Overview

We are looking for a warm, approachable, and result-oriented Admission Counselor to manage admissions for our Preschool, Daycare, and Activity Programs.

This role involves interacting closely with parents, understanding their expectations, and guiding them in choosing the right programs for their children. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education and comfortable handling a parent-facing, target-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

Parent Interaction & Counseling

- Be the first point of contact for parents inquiring about Preschool, Daycare, and Activity programs
- Understand parents’ needs and recommend suitable programs for their child
- Provide complete information about curriculum, facilities, schedules, and fee structure

Admissions & Conversions

- Manage end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and in-person meetings
- Convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and strong relationships with parents

Centre Visits & Experience

- Conduct centre tours for parents, showcasing facilities and learning environment
- Ensure a welcoming and positive experience for walk-in inquiries

Coordination & Support





- Work closely with teachers and centre staff for smooth onboarding of new students
- Assist in planning and executing events, trial classes, and parent engagement activities

Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
- Track daily leads and conversion performance

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any field (preferred: Education, Psychology, or related areas)
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with parents and young children
- Ability to work with targets and maintain follow-ups
