About the Role

THE PHOTO TODAY is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle client enquiries, explain photography packages, manage follow-ups, and convert potential leads into confirmed bookings.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in sales and customer service. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography and videography packages.
- Explain service packages, pricing, deliverables, and booking procedures clearly.
- Prepare and share quotations with prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly on enquiries, pending quotations, and high-priority leads.
- Convert potential enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate enquiry details, follow-up records, and sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client questions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the booking confirmation process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage multiple enquiries simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-ups.




- Take ownership of assigned leads and contribute to the overall sales performance of the company.

Candidate Requirements

- Age below 30 years.
- Any bachelor's degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, or client coordination.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in spoken English and Tamil.
- Confidence in handling client calls and communicating with new customers.
- A friendly, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
- Strong interest in sales, client relationship management, and achieving targets.
- Willingness to work from the office in Coimbatore.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to maintain enquiry records and prepare quotations.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work under pressure.
- Teamwork, accountability, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Preferred Knowledge

- Sales and lead conversion.
- Wedding photography and videography.
- Event management or other service-based industries.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- WhatsApp Business and social media enquiries.
- Quotation preparation and follow-up techniques.
- Basic sales reporting and customer relationship management.

Knowledge of the photography or event industry is an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
