About the role
IRGB Technology is hiring a hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to plan, scale and own paid growth across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other performance channels. This role is for someone who has scaled campaigns in high-risk, policy-sensitive industries while keeping ROAS, account health and compliance in check.

Industry experience required
Specific experience in one or more of these industries is a must:

- Gaming
- Wellness
- Healthcare
- OTT / Streaming

Experience in subscription apps, dating/social or fintech is an added advantage.

What you will do

- Plan, launch, optimize and scale campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other performance channels
- Manage multiple ad accounts and significant monthly budgets
- Own ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPI, CVR, LTV and revenue
- Build and optimize the full funnel:



Ad → Landing Page/App → Registration → Payment → Revenue
- Run acquisition, retargeting, remarketing and re-engagement strategies
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers and campaign structures
- Handle account restrictions, suspensions and recovery, and set up backup account structures for business continuity
- Work closely with the Creative, Product, Tech and Analytics teams

What we are looking for

- 5 to 10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads policy compliance
- Experience with account warm-up, stabilization and troubleshooting
- Highly analytical, robust with numbers and comfortable with large-scale campaigns
- Fast-moving, execution-oriented and ready to take complete ownership

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
