Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor to manage and supervise renovation, interior, and construction work at our site.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily renovation, interior, and construction work at the site.
- Check the quality of work and ensure everything is done properly.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and other team members.
- Suggest ideas for interior design and space improvement.
- Help in selecting materials, furniture, tiles, paint, lights, and other items when required.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure work is completed on time.
- Make sure the work is done according to the company's requirements.
- Identify site issues and help find practical solutions.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of interior work, renovation, and construction.
- Positive supervision and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate with contractors.
- Practical knowledge of construction materials and interior finishing.
- Previous experience in site supervision, renovation, or interior work will be preferred.
