Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Purchase / Procurement

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day purchase activities and procurement process.

- Obtain quotations from vendors and compare rates.

- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with suppliers.

- Coordinate with site engineers for material requirements.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedule.

- Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and documentation.

- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and material receipts.

- Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors.

- Coordinate with Accounts and Project teams for smooth procurement operations.

Required Skills





- Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchase / Procurement.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Tally (preferred).

- Solid negotiation and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of MEP materials will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Qualification

- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any Bachelor's Degree preferred).
