- Perform in-process and final inspection of press components using standard measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Verify press tool design for manufacturability and dimensional accuracy prior to production.
- Assist in the development and approval of first samples and prototypes, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
- Develop and maintain inspection plans and quality documentation (e.g., control plans, FMEAs, PPAPs).
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Address customer complaints by investigating root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and maintaining effective communication with the customer.
- Collaborate with production, design,



and tooling departments to resolve quality and process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards and customer-specific requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and use quality tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone Diagram for problem-solving.
- Support the calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and ensure accurate quality records.
- Train operators and quality inspectors on product standards and inspection techniques.
- Assist in internal audits, external audits, and customer visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
