We are looking for a motivated Student Advisor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses, address their queries, and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Provide course guidance and admission-related information.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing effective counselling.
- Update student details and enquiry status in the ERP/CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve admission targets and submit daily activity reports.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in student counselling, education, or sales is preferred.
