About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with customers, handle enquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

* Explain company products and services to customers.

* Follow up on leads, enquiries, and pending orders.

* Maintain customer details and daily calling records.

* Handle customer queries professionally.

* Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.

* Schedule follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with customers.

* Prepare daily call reports and update customer databases.

Requirements

* Minimum 12th pass; graduation is preferred.

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

* Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.

* Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
