About the Role

Helpline Groups is looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Client Relationship Executives to support business expansion, attract new clients, and maintain strong skilled relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a keen interest in sales, and the ability to turn potential business leads into successful client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Explore new business opportunities and approach potential clients through different sales channels.

- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

- Communicate with clients, deliver presentations, and negotiate business terms to secure deals.

- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services and business solutions.





- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.

- Update client information, follow-ups, and sales progress accurately in the CRM system.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (mandatory).

- Good sales, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to handle responsibilities independently while working effectively with a team.

- A target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to business growth.
