Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Experience: 3–6 years in costing, preferably in automotive seating, railway seating, fabrication, or manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare product cost estimates based on material, labour, manufacturing processes, and overheads.
- Calculate BOM costing, product-wise costing, and manufacturing costs.
- Analyse raw material consumption, fabrication costs, and production cycle time.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, and Sales teams for cost estimation.
- Prepare cost sheets, quotations, and cost comparison reports.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering initiatives.
- Assist in recent product costing and customer quotation preparation.
Preferred Candidate: Experience in automotive/railway seating, sheet metal fabrication, welded assemblies, and manufacturing cost analysis.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
