Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle student queries, walk-ins, and follow-ups; counsel students to enroll in respective courses such as Embedded, VLSI, Data Science, and IoT.
- Tele-calling and follow-up with prospective students.
- Provide effective counseling to prospective students regarding courses, infrastructure, activities, facilities, and the admission process for skilled programs.




- Ensure centers achieve qualitative and quantitative targets as specified by Corporate, aligned with service delivery parameters defined by R&D.;
- Coordinate with the team for cold calling on databases, lead generation, converting leads into walk-ins, providing counseling support, and achieving closures.
- Manage batch formation, trainer allocation, and monitor student performance and skill development.
- Suggest and introduce new course offerings based on client requirements.
- Drive lead generation activities for training enrollments.
- Support and execute related marketing activities.
- Handle counseling and conversion processes effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

- This role involves assessing students’ abilities and interests.
- Providing information on educational opportunities and assisting students in their decision-making process.
- Staying updated with the latest educational trends, scholarship opportunities, and admission processes to offer relevant guidance.
- Conducting telecalling activities as per the provided database.
