Field Sales Executive – Coffee Products

About the role

We’re looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote coffee products and grow sales in the assigned territory. You’ll build relationships with distributors and HORECA customers, identify new business opportunities, and work toward sales targets. The role involves regular field visits across the assigned area.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and HORECA customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, and present suitable products.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support product placement, visibility, and local promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activity and share relevant market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support order fulfillment.




- Follow up on orders, outstanding invoices, and customer payments.
- Submit regular sales reports and customer updates.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in coffee, FMCG, or HORECA.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer base.
- Ability to work independently, plan field visits, and meet sales targets.
- Basic MS Excel skills; familiarity with sales reporting apps is an advantage.
- Fluency in the relevant regional language; working proficiency in Hindi or English.
- A valid driving licence and access to a two-wheeler are preferred for field travel.

Compensation and benefits

- Monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000.
- Performance-linked incentives and field travel allowance, if applicable.
