Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to bring fresh ideas and visual stories to life. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging social media assets, marketing materials, and video content that resonate with our target audience.

Whether you have a year of experience under your belt or are a fresher with an outstanding portfolio, if you have a keen eye for detail, design trends, and motion graphics, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic & Visual Design

- Design eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), websites, ads, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Create branding assets, banners, brochures, flyers, infographics, and corporate visual materials.
- Maintain visual consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Stay up-to-date with current global design trends, color theory, typography, and visual aesthetics.

2. Video Production & Editing

- Edit high-quality, engaging video content (Shorts, Reels, promo videos, product tutorials, and company highlights).




- Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, sound design, music, and basic color grading to enhance overall video quality.
- Storyboard ideas and convert complex concepts into visually compelling stories.

3. Collaboration & Workflow

- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and strategy teams to conceptualize campaigns.
- Deliver projects on time in a energetic, fast-paced working environment.
- Incorporate feedback constructively to refine and optimize final outputs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard tools:
- Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Video & Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects
- Portfolio: A portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, Google Drive, or personal site) demonstrating visual design skills and video editing capability is mandatory.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and aesthetics.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and adaptability to new styles.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Experience: 1 year of professional experience preferred. Freshers with exceptional personal or freelance portfolios are highly encouraged to apply.
