Job Summary

Yobisys Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with strong hands-on development skills and the ability to lead technical activities, manage project timelines, and ensure successful software delivery.

The candidate will primarily work with Python-based backend technologies while handling full-stack development, API integration, database optimization, server deployment, and technical team coordination. The role also involves preparing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), planning software projects, assigning tasks, and coordinating with management to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Python & Full-Stack Development

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and REST APIs using Python.
- Work with Django, Django REST Framework, FastAPI, and related technologies.
- Integrate backend services, databases, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate on frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or similar technologies.
- Debug issues and improve application performance, security, and reliability.

2. Technical Team Management

- Lead and guide developers in daily technical activities.
- Assign tasks, establish priorities, and monitor project progress.
- Track deadlines, resolve technical blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.

3. Project Planning & Documentation

- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for existing and upcoming projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
- Estimate development efforts, plan resources, and define project milestones.
- Coordinate with management, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders.

4. Server Deployment & DevOps





- Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers and cloud platforms.
- Manage server configurations, application environments, and production releases.
- Work with Docker and Docker Compose for application deployment.
- Troubleshoot server issues, deployment failures, and application downtime.
- Maintain logs, backups, and production configurations.

5. Database Management & Optimization

- Work with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or other relational databases.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, joins, indexes, and database schemas.
- Improve application response times and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Work with Redis, Celery, and background processing tools where required.

6. Project Ownership & Delivery

- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects, from planning to deployment.
- Identify technical risks and implement practical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and development workflows.
- Support production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of qualified experience in Python or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Django, Django REST Framework, or FastAPI.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, third-party integrations, and backend architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or similar databases.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or equivalent frontend technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Linux servers, application deployment, and production environments.
- Familiarity with Docker, Docker Compose, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
- Ability to manage technical tasks, coordinate developers, and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
