· Implement and monitor company safety policies, procedures, and protected working practices across factory and project sites.

· Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and ensure timely corrective actions.

· Monitor the use of PPE and ensure workers follow required safety procedures and site safety standards.

· Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, inductions, and regular safety awareness training for employees and site workers..

· Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, training records, and other required documentation.

· Coordinate with site supervisors, project teams, and management to address safety concerns and improve workplace safety.

· Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend preventive measures.

· Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, client requirements, and company policies.





· Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety, first-aid arrangements, and other workplace safety requirements.

· Conduct regular site visits and monitor safety performance across ongoing projects.

· Report major safety issues, incidents, and non-compliance to management and ensure appropriate follow-up.

· Perform other safety-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
