We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor with an engineering background to manage day-to-day shop-floor operations at our Thane and khopoli manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Allocate manpower and monitor shop-floor productivity.
- Ensure product quality, machine utilisation, and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor production processes, reduce wastage, and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Maintain production records and ensure 5S and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid shop-floor management, manpower handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety practices.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
