About the Role

JSR Services India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant – Surveying, UAV & LiDAR (also designated Head – Surveying & Geospatial Operations) to lead surveying and geospatial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead civil and topographic surveying projects.
- Handle technical client discussions, methodology planning, and tender/pre-sales support.
- Ensure QA/QC, accuracy checks, and reliable project deliverables.
- Guide teams, establish SOPs, and troubleshoot technical and field-related issues.
- Support CAD/GIS workflows and coordinate with project teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of relevant civil/topographic surveying experience.
- Strong knowledge of Total Station, DGPS/GNSS, Auto Level, and conventional surveying instruments.
- Experience with UAV mapping, photogrammetry, and LiDAR workflows.
- Robust AutoCAD skills; Civil 3D and GIS knowledge preferred.




- Technical judgment, leadership, client-facing communication, and team guidance.
- Excellent English communication; Hindi preferred.

Education
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred. Candidates with a Diploma and substantial relevant experience may also be considered.

Location & Travel
Delhi NCR-based role with project-site travel as required.
