Business Development Intern – International IT Sales (PPO Prospect)

Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
Experience: Freshers (2024, 2025 & 2026 graduates)
Qualification: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (Business/Marketing preferred)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our International IT Sales & Business Development team. This role offers structured training, hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, and international sales, with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential international clients and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and schedule client meetings and demos.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM tools.




- Support sales campaigns and collaborate with the sales team.

Salary & Benefits

- Internship Stipend: ₹12,500 per month
- Incentives: ₹3,000 per qualified lead, subject to company approval
- Maximum Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹27,500, including incentives
- Full-Time Opportunity: ₹25,000 base salary + ₹3,000 per qualified lead
- Structured training and international client exposure.

Important Requirements:

- Comfortable working night shifts and making a minimum of 150 outbound calls per working day.
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
