About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, run and optimize paid campaigns for our clients across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. You will own campaigns end to end, from strategy and setup to tracking, optimization and reporting, with a focus on generating quality leads and a strong return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube)
- Build audiences, write ad copy and brief designers and video editors for ad creatives
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM parameters)
- Monitor daily performance and optimize budgets, bids, audiences and creatives to reduce cost per lead and improve ROI
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and share insights with clients and the internal team
- Follow ad platform policies and keep campaigns compliant, especially for sensitive categories such as healthcare
- Keep up with platform updates, new ad formats and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media




- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads accounts with real budgets
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, CPL, CTR, CPA and ROAS
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Events Manager
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare, real estate, residential or commercial service campaigns
- Experience with landing page optimization and CRO
- Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, Semrush or Canva
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
