Job Description :We are looking for knowledgeable and dedicated BBA Faculty Members to prepare and record educational video lectures covering the prescribed BBA university syllabus for the Advocate Varun Dixit YouTube channel. The selected candidate will be responsible for explaining BBA syllabus topics in a clear, structured, and student-friendly manner through recorded lectures designed to help students understand their subjects and prepare for university examinations. This position is suitable for candidates who have solid subject knowledge, good communication skills, and an interest in online teaching and educational content creation. Roles and Responsibilities - Teach and explain topics from the prescribed BBA syllabus through recorded video lectures. - Cover the assigned syllabus unit systematically and ensure that all relevant topics are discussed. - Record educational lectures of approximately 1 to 1.5 hours per hour , as mutually agreed. - Explain concepts in a simple, clear, and examination-oriented manner. - Maintain good audio quality, clear explanations, and an organized teaching structure. - Follow the assigned syllabus and recording guidelines provided by the channel owner. - Ensure that the recorded content is original, accurate, and academically appropriate. - Complete assigned recordings within the mutually agreed deadlines. Compensation Structure - Payment will range from ₹300 to ₹500 per hour, depending on the scope of the syllabus and the work involved. - The exact hourly payment will be communicated and mutually agreed upon before the assignment begins.



- Payment will be made according to the agreed terms upon completion and acceptance of the assigned work. Work Arrangements 1. Offline Recording For offline assignments, the organization/owner will provide the necessary recording setup and equipment at the designated recording location. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching the assigned topics and recording the lectures. 2. Online Recording (if candidate choose WFH) For online assignments, the selected candidate will be responsible for arranging their own recording setup, including the necessary computer or device, microphone, internet connection, and other equipment required to produce clear and usable educational videos. The recording format and submission requirements will be communicated before the assignment. Copyright and Ownership of Recorded Content - All videos, recordings, and other deliverables produced under this engagement will be intended for publication on the Advocate Varun Dixit YouTube channel and other platforms operated by the organization, as agreed. - Copyright ownership, usage rights, editing rights, publication rights, and any applicable restrictions on reuse or redistribution will be specified in a written agreement between the organization and the selected faculty member. - The faculty member must not use third-party copyrighted materials without appropriate authorization. - The faculty member must not independently upload, distribute, sell, or commercially reuse the commissioned recordings where prohibited by the written agreement.



Eligibility and Skills Required - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a relevant discipline. - Strong knowledge of BBA subjects and the ability to explain syllabus-based concepts accurately. - Good verbal communication and presentation skills. - Ability to deliver structured, engaging, and student-friendly lectures. - Familiarity with university syllabi and examination patterns will be preferred. - Previous teaching experience or experience recording educational videos will be an advantage. - Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply. Subjects Faculty members may be assigned BBA subjects according to their qualifications and expertise, including subjects such as: - Principles of Management - Business Communication - Financial Accounting - Business Economics - Marketing Management - Human Resource Management - Business Law - Business Statistics - Organizational Behaviour - Entrepreneurship and Business Environment Actual subject allocation will depend on the candidate's expertise and the applicable university syllabus.
