Job Overview:

Elpro International School is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and skilled Primary Teacher (PRT) for Science to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching engaging and interactive lessons in Science, inspiring curiosity and fostering a love for learning in young minds. Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching & Learning:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in Science to primary school students.
- Ensure that the lessons meet the curriculum objectives and are age-appropriate, catering to the needs of all learners.
- Use diverse teaching methods, resources, and technologies to make complex topics accessible and interesting.
- Foster an environment of inquiry and critical thinking, encouraging students to explore and experiment with the subjects.
- Implement hands-on activities and experiments to bring Science concepts to life and reinforce mathematical principles.
- Assessment & Student Development:
- Monitor and assess students’ progress through regular quizzes, tests, projects, and assignments.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
- Identify and address the individual learning needs of students, providing additional support where necessary.




- Encourage students’ problem-solving and critical-thinking skills in both Mathematics and Science.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide reports on progress to parents and school leadership.
- Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a positive, organized, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and productivity.
- Address behavioral issues promptly and professionally, promoting a culture of mutual respect and responsibility.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with other teachers and staff to integrate interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development workshops.
- Professional Development:
- Stay current with the latest educational trends, curriculum updates, and teaching technologies.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance personal teaching skills and knowledge.
- Participate in school-wide activities, extracurricular programs, and initiatives that support the overall development of students.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
