Job Overview

Marikar Nissan is looking for a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Executive for our dealership in Thanjavur. The ideal candidate will be the face of the brand, responsible for driving vehicle sales, building strong relationships with prospective buyers, and achieving monthly dealership targets.

Important Mandate: Prior hands-on experience in automobile sales is strictly mandatory for this role.Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Sales & Target Achievement: Drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle of Nissan vehicles (such as the Nissan Magnite and other models) to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Customer Interaction & Lead Management: Attend to walk-in customers at the showroom, handle digital/telephonic inquiries, and manage leads diligently using the CRM system.
- Test Drives & Presentations: Explain vehicle features, specifications, safety ratings, pricing, and finance options effectively, and coordinate/accompany customers on test drives.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Guide customers through financial options, loan processes, insurance, accessories, and documentation required for vehicle booking and final delivery.
- Relationship Management:



Maintain proactive follow-ups with prospective buyers and ensure high customer satisfaction for seamless repeat and referral business.
- Market Awareness: Keep track of competitor vehicle models, pricing, and market trends within the Thanjavur region.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven experience in automobile sales (four-wheeler dealership background preferred). Freshers without auto retail experience will not be considered.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Grade) or Graduation in any stream.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil (knowledge of English is an added advantage).
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Target-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Licensing: Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is a must.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (commensurate with past automotive sales experience).
