Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate construction drawings, layouts, and detailed plans as per project requirements, ensuring compliance with design specifications and coordination with architects, engineers, and site teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop working drawings based on architectural and structural designs.
- Revise and update drawings as per project requirements and feedback from architects and engineers.
- Coordinate with the architecture, civil engineering, and site execution teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Prepare detailed drawings for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, measurements, and applicable standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, revisions, and project files.




- Assist the project team in resolving drawing-related queries during site execution.
- Verify dimensions and incorporate necessary changes based on site measurements.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings as per project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is mandatory.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Basic understanding of civil construction and architectural detailing.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Revit or other drafting software will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

Experience

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills and practical drafting knowledge may also apply.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
