- You will be responsible for overlooking the service operations for DODO workshops.
- Building service volume at current setups.
- Eective management of the workshop team.
- Ensure adherence to Service quality standards.
- All service KPI’s (Service Retention, Service TAT, Parts target, NPS, VAS Sales etc.) Ideal Candidate :
- 3+ years of experience in workshop operations from an automotive background.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Excellent technical & multi-tasking skills.
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
