Job Description: Accounts Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end accounting and finance operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain financial documentation and internal controls.




- Lead the accounts team and support management with financial analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; M.Com/CA Inter is an added advantage.
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical, organizational, and team management skills.
