Hiring: Passive Pre-Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Passive Pre-Sales Engineer with experience in structured cabling, fibre optic networks, and data centre infrastructure to design technical solutions and support business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
- Design structured cabling solutions using Cat6, Cat6A, Cat7, and fibre optic cables.
- Develop data centre infrastructure layouts, rack elevations, and cable routing diagrams.
- Prepare BOQs, BOMs, technical proposals, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs such as CommScope, Panduit, Corning, Siemon, Legrand, and Belden.
- Support sales teams with technical presentations,



solution discussions, and commercial proposals.

Required Skills

- 3–10+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Design, or Technical Consulting.
- Robust knowledge of structured cabling, fibre optics, and data centre infrastructure.
- Experience in BOQ/BOM preparation and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with passive networking products, racks, cabinets, patch panels, and cable management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
