Position: Education Counselor

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (commensurate with experience & interview performance) + incentives and bouns

Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, education counseling, or business development ( strong communication skills Candidate may apply).

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or any relevant discipline.

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic, result-oriented, and articulate Education Counselor / Business Development Executive to join our growth team. In this dual-impact role, you will be the face of the organization for prospective students and parents, guiding them through program options, handling admissions inquiries, and driving enrollment growth through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities Student Counseling & Conversion:

Guide prospective students and parents on appropriate courses, career pathways, and academic programs through tele-counseling, video calls, or face-to-face sessions.

2. Address student doubts, explain course value propositions, and convert verified leads into active enrollments.

3. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:

4. Follow up systematically with inbound leads generated from digital campaigns, education fairs, and organic inquiries.

5. Maintain up-to-date candidate profiles, conversation logs, and pipeline statuses using CRM software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
