About Zorba Estates

Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company helping clients find suitable residential and commercial properties for sale and rent. We work with property owners, buyers, tenants and investors to connect them with suitable property opportunities.

We are looking for a Real Estate Presales Executive to handle client enquiries, understand property requirements and coordinate with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Call clients and respond to property enquiries.
- Understand client requirements, including budget, preferred location and property type.
- Identify whether clients are looking to buy, sell or rent a property.
- Collect basic client details and understand their property needs.
- Match client requirements with available residential and commercial properties.
- Forward suitable client profiles to the respective sales team.
- Follow up with clients and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain call records, enquiry details and follow-up updates.





Eligibility and Requirements

- Any degree is acceptable.
- Freshers and candidates with 6 months–3 years of experience may apply.
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Interest in real estate, sales, customer service or client coordination.
- Ability to make calls, understand requirements and follow up regularly.
- Kannada-speaking candidates are preferred for communicating with local clients.
- Previous experience in presales, telesales, telecalling or customer support is an advantage.
