Virtufy is a digital marketing company helping businesses grow through creative content, social media marketing, performance advertising, and digital solutions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging videos that capture attention and drive results.

Job Responsibilities

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and social media advertisements.
- Create engaging short-form videos for different industries, including salons, cafes, restaurants, healthcare, fashion, and other businesses.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, and motion graphics.
- Create attention-grabbing openings and maintain audience engagement throughout videos.
- Edit promotional and advertisement videos designed to generate leads, enquiries, and sales.
- Perform basic colour correction, audio enhancement, and visual improvements.
- Follow video scripts, references, brand guidelines, and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to bring creative ideas to life.
- Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines and make revisions based on feedback.
- Organise raw footage, project files, and final exports properly.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Proficiency in at least one editing tool, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.




- Ability to create engaging social media content that matches current platform trends.
- Knowledge of subtitles, transitions, sound design, and basic colour grading.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new editing styles and work on different types of client projects.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience editing performance marketing ads.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels trends, hooks, and audience retention.
- Experience editing talking-head videos, podcast clips, or commercial shoots.
