Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive with experience in HR operations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support salary processing.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Maintain HR reports, trackers, and databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
