Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate
Department: Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads through calls, online portals, and digital marketing channels.
- Contact prospective customers and explain property details, pricing, and project highlights.
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain lead databases and update customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert potential leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and site-visit targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate pre-sales or telesales.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of residential and commercial properties.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Target-oriented, confident, and professional approach.
