1.Daily: pre-audit and post-audit of all expense vouchers across all institutions before payment

2.Monthly : Physical cash verification and BRS for all bank accounts, revenue and fee collection (student fees and hospital OPD/IPD, pharmacy, diagnostics and OT billing), expenditure and payment controls, payroll with PF/ESI/PT/TDS, statutory compliance, and risk and internal-control review; and the monthly Internal Audit Report.

3.Quarterly: procurement, physical stock counts of pharmacy, medical and general stores, contracts and third-party agreements (housekeeping, security, AMCs, civil and desilting works), and government scheme and subsidy reconciliations.

4. Half-yearly / Annual: fixed assets and capital expenditure, and governance, including Charity Commissioner compliance and related-party transactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
