The candidate should preferably have basic knowledge of:
- Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
- Vendor co-ordination and communications.
- Windows/Linux OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- Printer and peripheral setup and support
- Basic networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- User account and application support
- Laptop preparation, configuration, and asset handover
- IT asset inventory and documentation
- Basic understanding of IT security and endpoint best practices
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
