About AdsFlicker

AdsFlicker is a performance-driven digital marketing company specializing in affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, web campaigns, and performance-based advertising across domestic and international markets.

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our business, build strong client relationships, and generate new opportunities in the affiliate marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, advertisers, affiliates, and business partners for mobile and web campaigns.
- Develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable affiliate marketing and performance marketing solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, campaign payouts, and business agreements.
- Coordinate with internal campaign delivery and client servicing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead pipelines and sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3 months to 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, digital marketing, or a related industry.
- Understanding of mobile app campaigns, web campaigns, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, and other performance marketing models is preferred.
- Exposure to domestic and international markets is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve business targets.
- Strong networking and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
