Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Operations Executive to manage daily accounting, invoicing, payments, reconciliations and statutory compliance. Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics is required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics is required.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation (BRS), accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities





- Maintain daily accounting records, including sales, purchases, receipts and payments.
- Prepare customer invoices and verify vendor bills.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable and outstanding payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow monitoring.
- Track job-wise revenue, costs and profitability.
- Maintain GST/TDS records and coordinate with the company’s CA and auditors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
