- Sales & Marketing Executive – 1

- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred. Candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.

Note: We are looking for experienced candidates only, preferably from HVAC & Cleanroom equipments industry. Freshers are generally not preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC, cleanroom equipment, and industrial project markets.
- Generate business enquiries and leads from pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, food processing industries, factories, and other commercial establishments.
- Promote the company's HVAC products, cleanroom solutions, and turnkey project services to potential customers.
- Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to develop business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, project managers, and industrial clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to suggest suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the sales and technical departments.




- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and pending business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify current customers, competitors, industry trends, and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth in Kolkata and Raipur.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, enquiry records, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, project execution, delivery, and customer support.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, client networking, and other business development initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to develop new markets and independently manage customer follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
- Experience in HVAC, engineering products, construction, industrial equipment, or project sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
