Job Purpose:

Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Digital Analytics & Technical Specialist to manage website analytics, tracking, performance reporting and technical optimisation, reporting to the Media Operations Manager. The role will focus on analysing website data, identifying performance trends and providing actionable insights to improve website performance and digital effectiveness.

The position will also involve basic website maintenance, technical troubleshooting and coordination with the external website development team. The candidate will be expected to use relevant AI tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

Website Analytics & Performance Reporting

- Monitor and analyse website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

- Set up, manage and troubleshoot website tracking and events through Google Tag Manager (GTM).

- Use Google Search Console to monitor organic search performance, indexing, clicks, impressions and search visibility.

- Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, landing-page performance and enquiry or conversion activity.

- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators, trends and insights.

- Identify tracking gaps, performance issues and opportunities for improvement.





- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve website performance, user experience and lead generation.

Website Maintenance & Technical Support

- Manage routine website updates, including content changes, landing-page updates and other minor modifications.

- Identify and troubleshoot basic website functionality and performance issues.

- Coordinate with the external website development team for technical fixes, enhancements and larger website changes.

- Support the implementation and testing of tracking codes, conversion events and website integrations.

- Assist with technical SEO and website performance optimisation.

- Understand basic HTML, CSS and JavaScript to troubleshoot issues and communicate technical requirements effectively.

AI Tools & Workflow Automation

- Use AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, coding, troubleshooting and other technical tasks.

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and operational workflows.

- Implement suitable tools and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

- Explore practical AI-assisted solutions for website monitoring, data handling and routine technical tasks.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing or a related field.

- Relevant experience in website analytics, digital analytics, web performance monitoring or a related technical role is desirable.





- Ability to demonstrate practical understanding of website tracking and performance analysis.

Required Skills:

- Practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Search Console.

- Must have hands-on experience with popular CMS platforms, such as WordPress, Webflow, and similar web management tools.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

- Understanding of website tracking, event measurement, conversion tracking and performance reporting.

- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

- Familiarity with reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.

- Working knowledge of AI tools and an interest in workflow automation.

- Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal stakeholders and external technical teams.
